Traditional hospitality: For over 100 years, Grödnerhof has been a place of genuine hospitality at the heart of the Dolomites World Heritage Site. There are many sides to enjoying life at Grödnerhof – with all but three restaurants offering culinary delights: the Gardena, the Anna Stuben and the 4 Sajons.

The main challenge in this project was to restructure the existing main kitchen, making it more functional. The aim was to reorganise the work stations, significantly shorten walking distances and simultaneously create space to facilitate more efficient processes.

A particular highlight is the newly created open kitchen in the hotel’s own Michelin-starred restaurant Anna Stuben, located in the newly built sector. It gives diners exciting insights into the hustle and bustle of the kitchen, making a visit to the restaurant a wholly immersive experience.

Thanks to our close cooperation with the head chef, sommelier and management, we were able to incorporate the individual requirements and wishes of all parties involved into the planning and successfully implement them. The result is a kitchen that meets the highest culinary standards – in terms of function, design and atmosphere.
