Already in the early planning phase, H44Team actively contributed to the concept development together with the client and architects. Key topics such as operational and logistics planning, efficient goods and staff flows, and the definition of the space program were carefully analyzed and aligned with the requirements of a modern wellness and gourmet hotel.

Throughout the project, H44Team played a key role in developing the overall concept – from the initial idea through to detailed design. The focus was on optimizing the Back-of-the-House areas, functional zoning, and the efficient organization of all operational processes.
