Traditional hospitality: For over 100 years, Grödnerhof has been a place of genuine hospitality at the heart of the Dolomites World Heritage Site. There are many sides to enjoying life at Grödnerhof – with all but three restaurants offering culinary delights: the Gardena, the Anna Stuben and the 4 Sajons.
The main challenge in this project was to restructure the existing main kitchen, making it more functional. The aim was to reorganise the work stations, significantly shorten walking distances and simultaneously create space to facilitate more efficient processes.
