Nestled within the refined setting of the Kolfuschgerhof Mountain Resort & Spa in Kolfuschg, and framed by the breathtaking Dolomite landscape, we were once again entrusted with contributing to an exceptional design project.

Having previously overseen the planning, design, and execution of the hotel’s kitchen, this collaboration is rooted in a long-standing relationship of trust with the Ebner family.

For this project, we were engaged as a neutral and independent partner, guiding the conceptual development and realization of an exclusive hotel bar. The ambition was to create a space where sophisticated design, seamless functionality, and cutting-edge technology merge into a harmonious and immersive experience.

At the core of the bar stands the Modbar coffee system—a premium, state-of-the-art solution distinguished by its minimalist integration, technical excellence, and uncompromising quality. Its clean, understated aesthetic enhances the architectural concept while elevating coffee preparation to a refined, sensory experience.

The result is a signature bar with a strong sense of identity—an elegant focal point that embodies contemporary luxury, transforming coffee enjoyment into a curated moment and sustainably enriching the hotel’s gastronomic offering at the highest level.
