Fine wine delights in a historic setting

Refined, elegant and unique – meet Vineria Sallegg. At Leisenhof estate, located just below Sallegg Castle, it showcases and serves the finest wines from the estate’s own vineyards in a stylishly sophisticated setting. Together with his team, Andreas, the man of the house, takes his guests on a bucolic journey through the wine shop and into the world of fine vintages.

Working closely with the architects and project planners, we developed a carefully crafted design for the kitchen and bar and all their associated workflows

The aim was to make every-day processes efficient and create a smooth connection between the culinary experience and the functional spaces. In spite of its compact dimensions, we managed to design the kitchen in a way that meets all requirements – for both daily operations and special occasions or events. Thanks to our close partnership with the architects and project planners, the kitchen and bar can be used most efficiently while still meeting the highest standards of quality and service.
