As a place for those who love to indulge, Sensoria Dolomites selects only the best ingredients: carefully processed and prepared with a whole-hearted passion, they are served to create the most special of delicacies – inspired by the nature of the Dolomite and infused with influences from the south.

Based on a pre-existing partial inventory and requirements analysis, we carried out a targeted basic evaluation with an assessment of the technical and economic circumstances. In doing so, we analysed the existing facilities in their entirety: both technically and in terms of maintenance and replacement. During the extension of the bar and buffet, we were able to contribute our planning expertise, too: with its Modbar as the central design element and a customised layout concept for the bar and buffet areas, the result is a striking, stand-alone spatial effect.
