Situated at nearly 1,900 meters above sea level, it has become a destination where culinary enjoyment, guest comfort, and sustainability come together in a unique way.

To ensure that a venue of this scale can meet the demands of a highly frequented year-round operation, carefully planned workflows behind the scenes are essential. Together with the owners, architects, and specialist planners, we had the opportunity to contribute to the development of gastronomic operations and the complete planning of the Back-of-the-House (BOH) areas.

The focus was placed on optimizing operational processes, maximizing the efficient use of available space, and designing high-performance production, storage, and logistics areas. The challenge was to combine maximum efficiency with the specific requirements of a mountain location. The result is a forward-looking hospitality concept that seamlessly integrates modern operations, regional cuisine, and an outstanding guest experience.
