H44Team is an independent and neutral consulting and planning company specialising in commercial kitchens for the gastronomy, hotel and communal catering sectors. Based in the northern Italian region of South Tyrol, we operate throughout all of Italy and also internationally, with a particular focus on German-speaking countries. Whether you are planning a new project or looking to optimise existing processes, we’ll make your food services business fit for the future. Because after all, good planning is the key to success. And H44Team brings together expert knowledge at the highest international level with a knack for market developments – all with the aim of taking your project from sketch to economic success through in-depth fundamental analysis.

Alexander Hofer

CEO - Senior Consultant

Plan for success. Alexander Hofer has exactly what it takes: a passion for hospitality and good food alongside a keen eye for efficient planning. Both of which he learned early on – first at his family home and then in his career. Alexander has been a fixture in the industry for over 30 years. So much so that he has long been considered a leading figure in food service planning and process optimisation, both in his home region of South Tyrol and beyond. Another milestone in his lengthy professional career was his admission to the FCSI Foodservice Consultants Society and his training as an ISO 20700 consultant. As a top contact for independent consulting and an impartial specialist planner, Alexander supports investors both locally and on an international level on their path to the future – with one goal: success.

Petra Trettl

Petra Trettl does exactly that: For over 24 years, she has been lending her energy and drive to our management staff, ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the office – and, as a result, in the implementation of our projects. Petra is so much more than someone with a talent for organising behind the scenes: she is a valued pillar of strength for the entire workforce at H44Team and, thanks to her positive and proactive outlook, a competent contact person for our customers.

Maximilian Hofer

COO & Junior Partner

Conceptualise success. Maximilian Hofer knows how to: As a trained carpenter and – since 2023 – technical drafter, our COO and Junior Partner is well versed in tools like AutoCAD, Revit etc. His expert knowledge of CAD-supported technical drawing and his practical disposition make him an invaluable asset to our team. The enthusiasm for the hospitality industry was passed on to him by his father Alexander – together they now run H44Team as a small but internationally well-connected family business.
